The Vision of a Perfect Park Challenge is ongoing at
This park is completely enclosed by railings, as many parks in my childhood were. Lacking large wrought-iron gates, instead it has some archways. Inside it's not a very traditional park. It's quite a small park, situated next door to the pet park.
Plenty of refreshment vendors.
It does have a large children's play area.
And a quiet place to sit and contemplate, shielded from the playground by passion fruit vines, and by some kind of plant which is reputed to be carnivorous.
Crazy golf is fun.
You can just see here, hidden by the loo, a Simslice rejuvenation steamer. I get so tired of my Simmies going out to enjoy themselves and dropping with exhaustion. Too much like RL...
There are also pet food plants hidden in the undergrowth.
Something odd happened to Brad... Slater has some interesting ingredients in his mixture.
There is a small stage where those Sims of a political nature may orate.
I haven't made a shopping list, but I know I used items from Persimmon Grove, C and C Enterprises, 8th Deadly Sim, SimSlice, and possibly other sites. If there is a particular item that puzzles you please do ask and I will try to locate it.
Download Burben Park (as it is Sims 1, no custom content included). You will have to rezone Lot 68 to a Community Lot before installing it. Depending on what custom content you have installed you may get the message "Missing Objects", but it should still work.
This was made with all Expansion Packs installed.
