This house grew out of the Sippar house I made for download. In these pictures you will see a great deal of custom content made by other people. The house is NOT downloadable in this form or with these items, though I may be able to track down where each item came from.

In a dry area, water collection and storage is vital. Watertanks from Persimmon Grove's Fish Farm came in handy here. Also wind generators for power, though this is an eco-conscious house and uses little electricity.
