Newton leFade was a new town, and it was actively encouraging immigration.
Carefully planned, it had plenty of room for explansion: wide, straight roads, all the basic amenities. In these pictures it still looked quite bare as the local council hasn't got round to planting trees yet...
There were some Sims already living in the trailer park; more were moving in every day.
