VENICE LAGOON 3

Somebody on the City Council (not looking at you, Mr Frump!) decided to get rid of the old-fashioned Venetian houses which filled the poorer part of the island. For now they would be replaced by prefabs. This would have the demographic effect of replacing some of the town's expensive housing so that poorer Sims (paying less tax and less likely to vote for the more conservative parties!) would have starter home -type housing and not have to move out of the district, or sleep on someone's floor.

Robert MacDougal found himself a father. This was not altogether welcome. "How can I be a top-class burglar and a cuddly Daddy at the same time? And I know what is important to me." So he moved out, but left most of his not inconsiderable funds with his girlfriend and toddler daughter, for her upkeep.

"I want something simple. No, too simple."

"Better."

He moved into a small container prefab, but as he was doing well in the criminal career, was soon able to install a second container above, his own sauna in the upper one, and started to feel more at home.

By moving in Maria Holden, his former maid. But when she too started showing signs of pregnancy, they agreed she should move out. She went to stay with the Foxes.

Martha Jones was abducted. The alien concerned, Zatolib, moved in with them.

While Martha was working late, being heroic and reviving a certain Raymond Frump after he fell off his platform, shenanigans happened back at home.

"Yes, I've got an alien in my house. No, he's green. Sitting on my bed. I'll let you know how it goes."

"What IS that?"

"It is a probe. Portable version. You said you wanted me to probe you..."

"I know a better way."

Of course, Rose became pregnant by Zatolib, while the slightly less adventurous, but possibly more scientific, Martha has also taken a DNA sample from Zatolib. With a test tube.
