"You're really good at the swimming."
"Yes, love it. And what's worse is I feel as if I am going nowhere with my police career. Been a Patrolman, it feels like all my life. Time for a change."
So he took a new job, and moved to a little shack in the rougher side of town. He bought it cheaply as it had belonged to a criminal, Hugh Ojeda, who he had sent to prison.
The big house in the uptown district of LP sold for lots of money, as it had a pool.
"I don't need a pool of my own, as I have the run of the beach... and I toughen up my feet for the sand by cycling barefoot."
The sand does get very hot.
He was quite successful as a Lifeguard, but didn't save many lives. But then, not many Sims seemed to know about the only beach in Lucky Palms.
With the money from the sale of the big house, he invested in an Alchemy Shop, where Joelie Bruno worked as clerk. He planned to dig out a nice cellar for his little place, and added stairs to the roof, so he could have both a cool place to sleep, and a lovely place to tan. The roof was so attractive, in Lucky Palms' climate he could sleep on the roof every night.

Bonehilda was already fixing the computer, so he chatted up the repairwoman instead.
It was a small house, originally a gas station, and he furnished it for comfort, for himself and his four cats.
One day, Garibaldi informed his neighbour that he was going away and asked her to stay at his house and look after the cats. "They really need someone around, they like to have a Sim to look after them. I'll be back in a few."
