Meanwhile, in Strangetown... strange things DO happen.
Somehow, the genes got mixed up in transit and Erin and Kirsten Singles became pregnant by Chloe and Lola Singles. Erin and Kirsten were not best pleased and decided to move out: Erin decided to go and keep house for her brother Loki and his wife Circe, who lived nearby, while Kirsten moved to Pleasantview.
This left Lola and Chloe in their house in Strangetown.
Lola was offered a post as a Pop and Lock Performer, and happily accepted.
She decided to move out of the little Singles house as well, but to stay in Strangetown. She bought a tiny house by the main road and was comfortable there, making friends with people...

but sadly, she caught flu and one day collapsed on her return from work.
