Overall view of the University district. Lots of farming. Craig Dorm is the black building with a plumbob over it. To the right and bottom of the picture are some shops, and classier housing for better off students and the professors. There are some hotspots on the smaller version of the shot which connect to the relevant pages.
At the top left the station is visible, as well as next to it the old cattlemarket (large brick building). The railway branch line only connects to Strangeways town and Carlspeace.
Craig Dorm is a large dorm, named for one of its most famous former inmates.
(Originally a 6-bed EAxis building, but thanks to generous endowments from the Wintermuteai Benevolent Fund, contractors were brought in to provide accomodation for up to 11 students, a new Science Lab complete with TESLA machine, a small inhouse gymnasium and more.)

The dark exterior wall is called Bars. I'm not sure where it's from.
The observatory on top of the top of the dorm is by Wintermuteai and came from Simslice.
The TESLA machine which provides much of the fun and most of the funding in the dorm was also made by Wintermuteai and came from Simslice.
