Right next to the station, this historic (but architecturally drab) building still functions on Wednesdays as a real cattle market. There is generally a Sim or two busking here. Usually one of the impoverished students.
The rest of the time it hosts occasional car-boot sale traders and acts as a plaza. There is a crystal-ball booth in the centre of the view above.
Above the cattle stalls are some council offices, now made available to charitable and artistic groups for temporary use.
Sims can buy Slater's Strange Brew at the grey stall at the rear, manned by J. R. Pescado here. The karaoke machine is also beneath an awning which has mysteriously disappeared in this picture.
Strange Brew seems to have odd effects. Omri looks as high as a kite here, and clearly isn't feeling the cold at all.
And here is what you've really come here for: the cattle!
