Made with all EPs and stuff packs to Mansions and Gardens and will need most of them to work in your game. Only EAxis content and some custom (included) wall and floor tiles used.

This house was inspired by Steampunk and by the custom tiles I used. It's on several levels and the basement is partly flooded. It's unfurnished and ready for you to furnish. Some of the basement is usable, some is decor only.
