These houses NEED Nightlife and Apartment Life to work.
Here is a pair of council houses. They are very small, with only one proper bedroom each. Each has a little balcony and a small fenced-off garden. But they have a great advantage in that these two houses front across their little back street (used for parking by the residents) onto a playground.
