Carlspeace

Carlspeace is a semi-industrial area which is the "Downtown" for Strangeways.

In some ways it is more "normal" than Strangeways. it has many apartments and community buildings. It houses the Elementary School, most of the shops, the municipal buildings, the Asylum (currently full).

There are more houses south of the river.

Carlspeace is actually a Shopping Neighbourhood not a Downtown as I hate the constant dark in Downtown. It also avoids the production of some of the more annoying Downtownies.
