Few of the tenants have "proper jobs". Some might work on old cars to earn some money.
These three small houses have an attached Community Centre, built with an endowment from the Belladonna Cove Council.
The idea is to encourage literacy in children by providing desks on which children may do homework, computers to allow Internet access to those who cannot afford computers themselves, and a large hall for talks, concerts and church or community meetings.
