Sadly, Patty is no longer with us.
This is a Vacation Home. It sells for 65,602.... So the family must start up above the poverty
level... Start them on an empty lot. Rosebud them to 100,000; save, evict, and they are ready to go.
There are only Maxis objects in this three bedroom home. Each bedroom has a bathroom.
It's a modest home, with plans for fun outside.
Dancing, strumming on guitars, drinking punch, bbq'ing, virtual reality games, volleyball.... or sitting
and swinging by the creek.
Just be sure there is no home on lot eight. You extract a copy of the house file to your
Houses folder of the neighborhood you want to see this home.

My suggestion is on the forum. Buy the home, paint it, refurnish it, whatever you want.
This is just a bare bones vacation home. Maxis style. Make it yours. Now play for days with the
family and then stop.
Go to the Houses folder and copy that 'new house'. Ok.. now either do not save the game,
and the family 'never was there'.. The family loses no money..
You have a copy of the house so it's safe..
Or.. If you want your family to add cash to their pocket, after their vacation...
Save the game after you have copied the house file.. Now you evict that family and the
cash from all those objects goes in the family funds..
You just put your saved home back and now it's ready for a new family.. :)
